Not to be in competition with our TEN members here, but we are looking to have our first formal TLC meet. And we have a few options open to us.

1) We have a Yorkdale option open to us with the Ok from Security. So long as we abide by common sense rules.

2) Kennedy Commons option which is pretty standard for Wednesday night thing.

3) JRP - BBQ option for a Saturday

4) Dave & Busters Parking lot meet - We have permission to assemble but must stay within the immediate parking lot area.

I am open to other suggestions as well. I do want to make this fun, so there will be some give away prizes as well. Similar to what we do for our Dave and Buster Dinner nights.

 

i hope we can be at yorkdale.

Just a question but is there any way we can be reconized as a car club to allow us to organize meets without the treat of mall security...

 

We have clearance for Yorkdale, mall security is not an issue.

 

anywhere anytime works for me as of now. closerr north like D&B is kind of nice from where I come from but whatever. yorkdale would be sick too I think.

 

The bolded part is what I refer to. A organized club should/would not have to face such things.

No we can do the roof thing, I am thinking Yorkdale is the best option so far. And i am going to close the deal on that one. Just picking a date.

not a bad idea. at all. I am going to plan all those in and see if we can hit one by weekly until we get out into a good flow of things. that said Yorkdale will be a good first meet location and we can take a few camera shots
