Who did the work? You'll have to bake your headlights and pull the main lens off. Then fix the shroud. Use JB weld to secure it. Don't do an entire bead as that would make it impossible to remove if you ever need to. Just do 4 accessible spots. I'm doing a retrofit right now.. that's how I'm securing the shroud.

brandon but he is busy?? i did try doing it, its really hard for me because i dont know how to do it. hehehehe

Those look like E46-R shrouds, I retrofitted my headlights too but i used the E46-R extended version, covers the whole reflector.

i had the same issue with my headlights. It really bothered me, brandon switch the shroud for me for extra cost. theres still a slight gap, but its much better now.
