Delivery time?

Sorry guys but I just wanted an opinion from anyone that's been to Markham Mitsubishi. I ordered my 2011 Evo X A MONTH ago and they said it would take 2 weeks max to be delivered here. Just wondering if this is normal as it's not here yet and how long did new owners take for their car to be delivered? And also anyone has any opinions on other Mitsubishi dealerships around the Toronto area? Thanks

If the Car was promised to you in 2weeks and they didnt deliver, Technically you can cancel the deal as they have not kept their part of the bargain. They may threaten to keep your deposit...which is fine, you can threaten to go to OMVIC and sue them.

If the car is In Stock, It takes 2-3 days delivery, If it is a dealer trade in the GTA Area, i`d say about 5 days and if its out of province....2-3 weeks.

When cars hit the port in Vancouver it takes 2-3 weeks to ship from Vancouver to Toronto Compound....

When I had to bring a GSR from Alberta to Ontario it took a Week.

Good luck!

I waited just over a month for mine and they said 2 weeks as well. They didnt even call me after two weeks to tell me it wasnt coming for a few more weeks, i had to call.

I like the Lancer and Evo but the dealership loyality / satisfaction here in canada is one thing keeping me from buying another mitsubishi car.

Ya I agree that customer satisfaction isn't too great as well as customer service. I'm planning to give them until the end of the month and hassle them for the next couple of days until they can give me an estimated time, which they even haven't got to yet. The manager said if I changed my RR to a different color like a PB or OB that it could be quicker but if I like the RR, what's the point in trying to get a color I won't be happy with.

speak to the sales manager and get a straight answer. Then go to the GM. if still no straight talk. Formally Cancel your deal.

I waited almost 3 months for my car. Was talk it was a month. lol silly me for believing that.

I think its safe to say that No dealership is perfect. Some dealerships have strived to improve while other dont seem to care.

I do not have enough experience with Markham to weigh in.

If they did that for me too then I wouldn't mind but the manager still hasn't given any period of time to expect the order to arrive. Thats the thing I'm not happy with the most.
