how come it's still sitting in the border? it's been more than a week now, somebody should have cleared it already. can you ask them to give you the tracking number? maybe i can help.

 

guys, if I knew how much longer, I would tell you

the fact is that it's sitting at the border because nextmod needs to get their paperwork to declare the value
they don't have a tracking number because the guy who originally placed the order is on vacation

 

i understand your situation that you are just like us (buyer) but for nextmod to give you this kind of excuses for me is too lame... one week just to get the paperwork for the value (usually an invoice should be attached to the shipment) and even if the guy is vacation, don't they have a record of their orders?

 

as I understand it, the declared value they gave was too high
that is why the border is holding it
nextmod needs to come up with the invoices to show the value of goods

It is not just our order in the container but a bunch of other stuff too

 

cheer up guys, hopefully we got by b4 winter come.

 

Atleast we got another month before winters actually here =P

 

wait another week and see how it pans out. While it does suck. What can we do besides wait for them to deliver the goods.

you guys are going to love this...
I stopped off at Nextmod today to pick up my gauges and I asked when the flaps are going to come in.
Apparently, the container with the lancer/RA flaps are still held at customs (same container as last time)
The one that was released contains the evo flaps. Obviously I wasn't happy about this.

So on Monday when the girl working with the container is in will give me the tracking number
IN10S, I will PM you the number on Monday and maybe you can look into it and see what's going on

sigh..
