I have 2008 Lancer GTS and i know we kin of touched base originally that the Canadian Ecu was detuned compared to the US Spec.

Wondering if anyone has reflashed there ecu with some of the roms people are creating and what kind of results there getting. Or if they have found any local dealerships that are willing to do the flash for you.

Any info would be great.

 

My research concluded that the ECU has a closed loop bias and tended to ignore live conditions for the fuel trim. So if you throw an intake on the car, the cars ability to learn is stupidly long. The car will not maximize the gains for a very long time. almost 150km

But its not exactly de tuned, just lazy
