Hi,
I have noticed that there isn't an official poll for the best dealership in the GTA.
This poll is design to redirect people to the best dealer for service. Hopefully this will clear up some confusion old threads and complaints that might not apply.
If you have a recent complain please post it, as others might find it useful.

I got my car serviced at Cambridge Mitsubishi. It's turbo'd and the service manager said "Yeah... Mitsubishi doesn't need to know about that.." so I still have full warranty 
. They screwed my car huge in the past but they have a new service team there now so they have my vote. Still hate dealerships, but I hate them less.

Threads like this dont really accomplish much in the sense that. Management and staff change so much that it doesnt make sense saying one dealer is really bad. Because next minute, everyone changes and the statement holds less validity based on personal accounts. Especially if someone had a bad experience 2 or 3 years ago. In most Mitsu cases, its entirely new staff.
Most will ask you to give them another chance. I think if you have a past problem or issue, speak to the service manager and see if that can be address or special car can be taken.
