Eibach is a higher quality spring.

Get them then, they're ok. I had a set on my Evo IX for about 30k miles before switching to Swift Sports.

Be prepared that it will be very stiff if you decide to go with eibach.

I have seem my fair share of struts blowing, because the guys come back and ask for KYB replacements. Not everyone will have problems, there are so many factors. But our KYB struts are not good for lowering springs. Talked to the engineers over at KYB themselves. The specifications from Mitsubishi contribute to the problem. Its not about KYB quality. They are very good. But as with anything its only a matter of time. And if you do lowering springs, you will speed up that process.

If I had to choose between the two springs presented by the OP, I would say go with Eibach.

I am debating the same thing, I'm looking at the sportlines or s-techs. So undecided though, if anyone has pics of the sportlines on there car that would be amazing to see and would help with my decision.
