Just needed to share my most recent experience with Turbotrix. I went back for a reflash after changing some parts and I again left very happy. Mark took a bunch of time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He included me in the tuning process and allowed me to have significant input in the tune. The flash was custom to me and my car. I wanted a safe tune for road courses and this is exactly what I got. Beware of others tuners who give you the generic "off the shelf" tune for all applications. Road racing is a lot different from drag racing and the parameters of the reflash should reflect that. The car runs great. I made 325 HP and I think 318 lbs of torque with 264, 272 cams, TB exhaust, intake and MBC. I know that this left about 10 HP on the table but therein lies my margin of safety. Turbotrix is a professional operation run by some nice guys who always respect their customers.

gestait, where in the island are you from? I'm in Nassau. I had my car tuned by Mark too. since then I've been to Summit Point 2 days with 3hr and 20mins of track time, and almost 5 hours of track time at Watkins Glen, there were 2 45mins sections. Plus 26 autox events so far this season. I'm enjoying the car every mins without a single problem. There will be a autox at Orchard beach next Saturday that you might be interested.

 

I'm from Huntington. I would be down with the autocross, but I will be at Lime Rock that weekend. Glad to hear that the tune has worked out well for you under such punishing circumstances. Where in Nassau?
