Reflash for 05s/MRs

Has there been any significant differeneces in WHP/TQ numbers on the 05s? I know the only real power modder is the 10.5 housing.

I am looking to get 325-330WHP out of my car w/o cams. I planned on adding

Intake/Exhaust 3" not car
MBC at 21psi
BR FMIC w/upper and lower piping
REFLASH

and of course a fuel pump

Thanks!
Tom

Those mods will bring you pretty close to that. With an 05 Def. Al gets the 05's with Fuel pump and MBC to almost 300. Others mods with it will bring it very close. And then heck, get a AFC and make a fuel map for race fuel.

The intercooler is going to hurt your performance with a stock turbo. Mark can get you 300 at the wheels (on a Mustang dyno - 320 on a Dynojet) with a turboback, testpipe, boost controller and flash. If you want more think about an intake, crank pulley, fuel pump, etc.

Well BR intercooler actually gives less pressure drop so it really cant hurt, it might not however be worth the $ which I see, however I was eventually planning on upgrading the turbo by summer so I wanted the bigger FMIC + the piping.

I have an intake already.

Crank pulleys I heard dont work with flashes for some reason (causing knock), sound like bull**** to me but I dunno.

Crank pulleys work fine. I have no knock or false knock with my pulley and flash. Honestly, if you get a good tuner like Mark, you won't have to worry about little stuff like that.
