i want to know if this kit

is a factory replacement .... want i mean is take off the stocker and toss this in and everything fits in the same spot..... also is everything i need to do that in this kit.

well I don't know about the recirculating part, but yea it'll fit just like the stock one does. It's best to disect the BOV and take out the smaller spring out, it'll help with stalling issues. What's the advantage of recirculating it?
Advantage is when it recirculate it pushes the air into the intake.. intake to the turbo so turbo is spooled quicker.. I've got this kit in my Evo and works perfectly... like evolucion says.. small spring mod to save yourself from stalling is all thats really needed
the types bov for the Evo(which is really for an eclipse 97-99..me thinks) works great on mine
do the single spring mod though
im running it on the stock airbox and I can hear it sometimes but I just wanted something that held boost cuz my stocker barely held peak boost for more than 1/2 second and with the stocker I would be spiking to 1.5 and 1.6 bar
now with the types it holds 1.4 bar and drops down like its supposed to
