For my custom kit Keith modified my 3" aftermarket downpipe(Buschur) to fit his custom made o2 housing. Worked perfect for me...

Some of the dp's that we use to use had a flex section. The have since stopped making those. The newer ones don't have a flex section, fitment is still the same, just no flex. I just modified Ben's Buschur DP (which doesn't have a flex) to fit our kit and it works perfectly.

alrite cool is gaskets or dp bolts suppose to come with kit? IT wont cause anymore added stress on the manifold without a flex section?

You will be fine without a flex section. The kit is suppose to come with gaskets and bolts for the dp. I will ship a set out to you today.

Kieth looking over at my bolts for the DP going to the 02. Should'nt these bolts be spring actioned bolts, or are we relying on the ruber hangers for movement?

John,

There is no need for springs on those bolts. The exhaust will move on the rubber hangers.
