Here it is; my dyno tales.

I picked up my car at TurboTrix this afternoon.

Well it was hot today; very hot, and not exactly the ideal temps for a dyno run.

[img=http://img160.imageshack.us/img160/908/scan00012ko.th.jpg]

The scan got cutoff but at the bottom-left corner Mark noted the ambient air temp at 153.11 degrees!

He told me they had three fans in front of the car but the best run is what you see above.

Apparently it was so hot that my stock IC was getting heat-soaked with conjuction with some crappy gas (well I thought I was getting 93 oct. ).

I give Mark credit for standing in during the heat and tuning my AEM EMS.

When I went to pick up the car Mark looked really tired from the heat but explained thoroughly what was causing the low dyno numbers to a layman like me.

Mark from TT can chime in anytime to explain to me how he had to pull back the timing to make sure my car ran safely.

Here were the parts that were installed on the car this past week.
1. AEM EMS converted to speed density
2. ARP Head studs
3. Comp 280+ cams
4. Forge RS diverter valve
5. Innovate Motorosports XD-16 wideband O2 sesnsor
6. Exedy Twin-Disc HD Clutch w/flywheel
7. Walbro fuel pump

Previously installed:
7. Greddy Profec B Spec II EBC
8. Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer
9. AMS Turboback Exhaust w/Testpipe

Dyno run was done on 21psi.

It was a good experience; the guys at TT (Mark, Mike, and Jeff) were proffessional and on the level to me with everything.

Hopefully I can get a dyno run with better conditions; the car should have another 20-30 more whp in it with this setup.

I'll be back.............back with a new intercooler.

BTW:
1. I stalled trying to get out of your parking lot; the Exedy's grab point is lower than stock.
2. The idle with the Comp 280s and AEM is just right; a hint of lump at idle so you know the car is cammed.

That is not the ambient temperature, that is the temperature in your upper IC pipe (after the intercooler) where the AEM EMS reads temperature. Seems like you need an IC upgrade or to move to a cooler climate
