i'd just assume it's cause they're busy. And busy is usually a good sign. Keep in mind you're talking about your car.....it might be worth a little hold time knowing you're getting the best to work on your car.

I'm sure both are good. I drive 4 hours to go to Turbotrix. I have had very good service and my car performs well ( to say the least). I would say if you are in AC, thats only like an hour or so away, go with TT. You can drive up, have the work done, see it being tuned etc.
I have no expierence with the W/B package and mean no disrespect to them. But I have had nothing but great expierences with TT so I highly recommend them!
Just passing it along

I never have a problem getting thru. Then again I also have a direct line to ALL the guys.

Acting like a 15 year old on this board will get you nowhere also. Alot of guys are friends with the TurboTrix crew and do not take kindly when someone acts like a dick.

So you waited on the phone for 10 minutes wow you can afford an Evo but not a long distance phone plan? Id get my priorities in order

PS
Mark hit me up about the weekend plans Luis said he might be down too

i dont see anyone acting like a "dick" hes just communicating, but i do see someone who got offended about them not getting to the phone. One time i tried to reach them and they never got the phone the 3 days in a row when i tried to get cams, so i had to go else where. Also i seen threads like this b4 for TT.. not saying anything bad about them as a company but i am sure they lose some buisness due to this issue. If anything hes helping them by posting about this concern of his.
