Need a Base Map!!!

What's up guys. I'm currently installing a new setup and will need tuning. I'm wondering what my best bet is as far as breaking in the car in regards to whether or not I'll be better off using the current map, or the possibility of getting a base map from TT to flash in myself and run for 1000 miles before I would head down for a full dyno tune. I have the Tactrix cable and ECUFlash so I am able to flash my own ECU with a different map at any time.

The car is currently flashed for the following mods:
- 3" TBE w/test pipe
- Turbo XS intake
- Hallman MBC @ 21.5 psi

The mods I'm installing include:
- 2.4L 4G64 block
- Port/polished head
- oversized valves, springs/retainers, etc
- HKS 272 cams
- HKS cam gears
- 880cc injectors
- 50 trim turbo kit (38mm VTA wastegate, equal length mani, etc)
- Forge BOV/recirc
- Walbro pump
- and possibly an upgraded MAF, not sure though.

I'm breaking the car in for 1000 miles with as close to no boost as possible. I might even take the wastegate spring out but with a VTA wastegate that wouldn't be easy on the ears. I'm mainly concerned about injector scaling and knock sensor issues, otherwise I'd just datalog the break in with the map I have now and tweak myself from there.

What do you guys think?

You didn't save a copy of your base map? Remember, if you use someone else's, modify your fuel trims and stuff with theirs. You don't want to just flash theirs in or your car won't start because of the immobilizer code.

Yes I have a copy of my Dynoflash map, but I don't have a copy of my OEM Mitsubishi map. I got flashed back in the days before ECUFlash. I am planning on just modifying my map with fuel/timing changes from another map, but the big things I'm looking for deal with injector scaling, and anything possibly to do with knock detection maps, etc. I am aware of the immobilizer code, and the differences of the OEM maps from year to year.
