on my car I do notice that below 3000 rpms, its laggy, or sluggish around town, but not too bad.... above 3000 is when the fun starts to begin. Above 4000 is where you start really spooling and above 5000 to my 7800 RPM redline ....just hold on....

So's y'all can practice your math skilz.

All you need is to use the following formula:

RPM = (FinalDriveRatio*GearRatio*MPH*1050)/(TireDiameter*Pi)

Or, assuming a 3rd gear pull, multiply... MPH * 84.09 ...

louder Exhaust!

When I did my turbo upgrade the exhaust did get much louder. Took a trip with the wife and couldnt drive at any comfortable rpm. Just wanted to have a conversation. I have the Turbo xs. Great performance, but loud. Let me know if there are any real quieter systems out there. Of course I have no Cat, so what do you expect. Would never clog the system up. Horsepower/Quiet - Ill take the Hp

I also have a 50 trim with a turbo XS exhaust. Yes its loud but thats the price of performance. I have 3 other friends with three different exhausts and they are all loud, but the loudest is the Buschur exhaust.
