if you have a 9 I think the only way for TTR to do it is ECUtek..

The result depends on your Tuner and not the software. Both Ecutek and Ecuflash provide an interface to communicate with your stock ecu, how the information is manipulated depends on how good/knowledgeable your tuner is. But with Ecutek, once the license is installed, it's LOCKED and only Ecutek dealer can read it. If you take it to Mitsu dealer for a s/w update, most likely, the tool that they use (MUT III) will not be able to by-pass Ecutek's initial sequence.

cheers.

ECUtek, it all depends on who your tuner is. You can have either tuned to what you want.

You can flash the 9 with ecuflash, you just need either of the last 2 revisions .. very good results

Bro, no matter which software you choose, with a good tuner, your car will be rocking

We tune evos exclusively with EcuFlash and have had excellent results. Shop 9 ran 11.99 on stock turbo; and last week, one of our customer's car ran 11.75 @ 114mph (he's a good driver also).

With the right mods, the IX's can reach high 11's with basic bolt-on's... we have proven it... Twice

cheers and have fun with the car
Mike

The whole ecutek ecu's being locked is no longer an issue. Buy yourself a tactrix cable and download aktive matrix's ecu unlocker and you can read any previously locked stock ecu.

ECU TEK IS READABLE NOW!!!!!!

than don't get the ecuteck. I have a 9 with e the ecuteck and had to down load the aktive matrix soft ware. Now I use the ecu flash the ecuteck is great but still a rip off.
