Question clutch install fluids?

Mike-
When you guys did my clutch, you changed some fluids. Did you guys just change the fluids in the rear diff? Tranny? Or front?

Because I've been reading on the boards that the tranny fluid doesn't like Redline that much, and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Let me know what TT standard is, or I can call, but i figured I'd post on here since the phone line has been tied up.

Thanks,
Suneil

Im sure TT will write in here, but are you sure about not using Redline MT90?

Have you read this thread?

that thread is what "inspired" me to ask here, because when I got my receipt, it said Redline Oil, now I didn't know if it was the good stuff, or what it was. The shifting is notchy on these cold days, but with everything warmed up (like 10 minutes of driving, it's fine), BUT, I wanted to check and make sure.

The clutch install was great, their customer service awesome, and I have unabated trust in what they do. I just wanted to double check, and I guess provide/reiterate this info to the TT junkies (myself included) int he tri-state area some info on what's done.

Could agree more. Great shop, and Mark did an amazing job with my tune. My 1/4mi times speak for their tuning skills.

We put Redline MT90 in the transmission. For the t-case and rear end we have a special mix that we use. Normally on a clutch job we change the trans fluid and top off the fluid in the t-case.

Thanks Keith! I figured you guys did it right, just wanted to make sure, AND I guess let everyone on the boards know that you can close your eyes and walk into TT without any knowledge and walk away with a more than functional evo. . .
