Mr tranny and clutch help

Ok so about a week ago i went to the track and ever since then i have been smelling clutch. I have an 05 MR with the 6spd. Ever since going to the track which was about 500 miles ago no matter how i drive the car i smell clutch. I have noticed that every time i push the clutch in for 3rd gear the car will free rev about 1000 more rpms then where i try to shift. I have an ACT put in by Turbo Trix and the clutch has about 4000 miles on. The clutch release really high higher then stock and everytime i drive it i smell clutch. Its almost like the clutch isnt disengaged that is what is giving the clutch smell. The car only has trouble shift just in the morning when its cold. It shifts fine otherwise.TT put redline in the car i have heard good and bad thing about redline. Im not sure what it is and what i can do. If anyone can help me please do. Ive tried researching and seeing if there are any similar cases and cant find any. Please let me know if anyone can help.

Should i drain the redline out? and if so do i put GM syncomesh in or put OEM fluid back in. Please any help is great.

I hope this works for you bro. Also the first link will help you adjust your clutch pedal so it will engage properly. Good luck

If clutch is releasing very high then it might be slipping all the time. That would account for the smell.

Bring the car by and I will check the adjustment for you. We put Redline MT90 in all the EVO transmissions we do.
