Big props to TurboTrix!

Well, I finally got my car back up and running after blasting the stock 2.0 to kingdom come.(pic of it below)

I have to give them major props for working with me like they have through the issues I dealt with. I was not financially backed well enough to pay them to do the work, and I enjoy doing all of my own work anyway.

I simply got a 2.3 shortblock from them, which Mark kindly helped me out on a used evo block. They were able to repair my head for the most part, however it had troubles and burned oil like a sum*****.(picture freight train blue smoke out the tailpipe 24/7).

This is where the difference between a good shop, and a great shop comes into play. Since I'm 7 hours away from them, they built me a totally new head to exact same specs, and shipped it to me for me to swap out with my old head. I cannot thank them enough for this and they did an awesome job.

Bottom line I could not more greatly recommend the guys at TurboTrix for any and all work you need.

Now to the tune, I had it tuned with the bad head, and on straight pump gas at 23 psi it was 470whp 390 wtq!!!!! 31psi 560whp 490wtq on pump/meth!!!

Mark does an awesome job and both tunes are greatly conservative just as I asked I'm getting ready to put the sheetmetal on and get it back up there to hopefully break the 600 mark.

BTW this is on their custom spec HP61 turbo with a .63 backside.

Thanx again Mark, Keith, and Tony!
