We just finished our new T3 manifold for the Evo VIII/IX. It will fit all T3 style turbos and comes flanged for a Tial 44MM wastegate. As with all our manifold it is made from 304 stainless steel and comes with a lifetime warranty. The manifold pictured was coated black by JNZ finishing: Price for manifold is $800 and add $150 if you want it coated.
