Hope your memories are better than ours. This AWD belt system and sprockets seem to be a pain in the ***. MustangDyne has sent two techs over to try and get it all lined up correctly.

 

we had some manufacturing problems with the belt/tensioner on ours, what fun.

Mustang is on their third day tomorrow trying to get it taken care of.

I'm showing him your post tomorrow. If you put a car on your dyno one morning and the belt is mysteriously out of alignment, don't be surprised.

 

if thats who is at your shop, it will get fixed...

if its the same guy that came here (that finally fixed our issue)... he was tearing stuff apart, drilling, retapping, etc etc... i was impressed...

oh yeah, we dont strap our cars down anyone lol.... i mean come on... 500whp.... on a mustang dyno, thats not much anyway right?
