New product! - MODULAR intercooler hardpipe kit!
Well we went ahead and finally figured out how we wanted to make our HP kit after seeing how well the xtremeboost car did with its current hardpipe configuration.
The xtremeboost car is running well with a 3" coldside pipe. It's insurance when the big turbo goes on. We went ahead and made the pipe coming off the fmic 2.5" and transitioned it to 3". We put a suprise under the 3" throttle body pipe, THERE IS A WATER INJECTION/NOS FITTING HIDDEN UNDER THE PIPE which is a standard feature.
Transition from 2.5" to 3".


We are pretty excited about this feature. I dont know why mitsu ran such a large hose from the cold side to the OEM surge valve. We relocated the hose and shortened the length by about 10% .
The surge valve will cycle sooner and will give you a cleaner engine bay.
We did not have the correct hose on hand so we improvised for the pix.

Whats the flange thingy you ask? Good question.
We want you to keep these pipes till you part with the car so we designed it so it can accept future mods.
When you guys graduate to a real BOV like the HKS, Greddy etc all you have to do is swap out the flange for the OEM surge valve for an HKS one. It will come with an hks or greddy (hope they avoid bankrupcy) flange. Just let us know which you want. Ill add other flanges to the list. You should be able to vent or recir the aftermarket bov. Just make sure you order the correct attachment that fits the oem hose from your HKS/Greddy etc dealer.
So yeah, you will get an hks/greddy etc flange and a flange with a straight piece of pipe that will fit into the recirc hose. If for what ever reason some one wants no flanges welded on the pipe i can d that too.

The pipes will be powdercoated , im going to do my best to source a blue. These are just mock up pipes (hence the writing on the pipes etc) so you have an idea what we will have ready next week. We bend these in house so if you need a special request let us know, ill see what i can do. Want a 2.5" throttle body pipe vs the 3" no problem, we figured though you would like the insurance for your future modding.
Oh yeah almost forgot another goodie in the works

Frank is married to my sister. We do alot of R&D together. Once our new facility is done in orlando we will be in the same building.
Here is a finished product powdercoated. I have red, white and black. I have also a blue very simular to the stock blue color. :
With stock bov flange so it recircs into the stock surgevalve. Use the OEM hose to connect (trim it, you can always put it back together with a hose garden hose repair kit (home depot).

With HKS. You will need to rotate the bov and put the hks insert for recirculation and hook it up to the intake. For those who want, you can just let it vent to the atmosphere.

Here you can see the 2.5" into a 3" transition. You cant see it but the 3" portion has a water injection/ NOS boss on it.
