AMSOIL: Sale on oils and filters!
i am a new amsoil dealer and i was told that the sso is the best oil you can use in a close tolerance motor like the 4g63. the "racing" oil is best on looser motors. but this is just want i heard from the guys at amsoil and i even think oildoc has said close to the same thing...

I just wanted to clear the recod. when I called about the Dominator oil for use in the evo motor they told me that it wasnt recomended BUT that was before they extended the product line. that was back when all they made was the 5w20 oil. i called again and asked about the 10w30 and they said it will perform beautifully in the 4g63. sorry for the misunderstanding

THIS OIL IS HANDS DOWN BROTHER, the only detail is that the drain intervals are reccomended to be OEM intervals whatever your manual reccomends, per AMSOIL
i spent all week educating myself on this oil, why becasue i run it in my own evo, and i sure dont want to put something in there that will be harmfull, since i use the Dominator whao nigh and day, RPM's shoot up nice and smooth

I thought I was reading the Dominator oil doesn't comply with the latest API regulations. The oil has high levels of ZDDP anti-wear additives, but low levels of detergents. They do not meet owner's manual requirements so theyre probaby not suited for daily driving.

you are partially right, Dominator oil's are not API cert, however RD series exceeds anythig out there. the RD requires more frequent changes, but hey if you owe an evo oil changes happen at max 3k
