New Products! Shearer Fab Replacement Header & o2 Housing

For various reasons I finally decided to build an EVO replacement manifold and o2 housing. These parts need a little more work but are 90% complete. These are the very first pieces and are going to see some changes.

Note the proper entry into the exhaust runners. They are the same size as my large runner headers and are properly sized for the cylinder head. The runners are not smaller than the head port and do not require any drastic transition from oval to round.
The o2 housing flanges and turbine inlet flanges are whatever I had laying in my misc flanges box. The production unit will have proper CNC milled flanges.
These parts are not tested yet. The first pieces will be going out to one of my dealers for testing as he sees fit. Results will be posted when they are available.

I will have pricing up this weekend and will be announcing some sort of header & o2 housing combo special at the same time. Onto the pictures and let me know what ya think...

Hopefully, pricing will be directly proportional of what you expecting to accomplish
for this product.

Beautiful as always. I always loved how your manifolds are always cut and welded on tangent. You really know what it takes man.

Very nice parts!! Beautiful fab work.

Interesting how the backside of the flange looks to be notched to fit right at the ports of the head.

Most others I've seen are just machined flat.

Any thoughts on rerouting the dump back into the exhaust?

I would really like to pick one of these up when there ready.

Thanks Mike. Yes it's an external dump.

I have a t3 manifold that has been available for quite a while. It is likely the most sold manifold in the EVO market.

Thank you Gordo. All of our head flanges are relieved on the gasket side. This increases gasket sealing pressure and makes it easier for us to surface the flange flat after welding is completed. You'd be surprised at the number of headers that are shipped without a flat head flange. It's all in the attention to detail.

It definitely can be done! We should have some dyno numbers with just an o2 housing change shortly as well. I have paid much attention to the stock replacement parts but I don't think a manufacturer has provided a solid dyno chart showing gains or losses of a tubular o2 housing.
