VCs are usually 50 plus around 10-15$ in return shipping via UPS w/ insurance. If you have a IX and want the MIVEC letters polished its 15$ more.

I can't commend Joe enough for his efforts in striving for perfection. Not only is his pricing awesome, he will do everything he can to make his customers happy. I would recommend him to anybody for their powder coating needs.

For the quad riders out there. 2 frames for 2 separate projects at the shop.

Red Starlight over Bonded Chrome

Candy Blue over Bonded Chrome

The red frame is for a Banshee that we're coating pretty much every part that can be coated in either the red or black starlight, chrome, silver or wrinkle black. Should really be nice when its done w/ black plastics.

New addition to the shop: Dedicated ceramic oven

Been in the works for the last 2 weeks and now its 99% done, just waiting for the temp controller to arrive tomorrow. Josh and Justin deserve the credit for getting everything together so well. I know alot of you guys have been asking me about ceramic lately and I was holding off until this was done. Our regular powder coating oven didn't really get hot enough to fully cure the ceramic. This one should get to 750+ w/o much problem.

Ya I remember doing your manifold way back When you put it on the car, let it idle for awhile until it gets up to normal temp. The company recommends "letting the car idle for 15 mins or so then drive easy for another 15-20, no boost or high rpms". If you do that you should be fine.

The powdercoating work looks great. Hopefully I'll have my valve cover and spark plug cover powdercoated by you guys in the near future.
