Just making a quick post to make you all aware of some email and website issues we've been having lately.
A lot of people have reported problems when paying with credit cards. Our website is throwing up error messages and saying your card is invalid.
Until we get this resolved i suggest you either pay with paypal or give us a call and we can take your order over the phone.

Our email server has also been having problems. We are receiving emails days after they have been sent, or not at all. Also our outgoing emails are having the same problems.

Please don't feel like we are ignoring anyone or just brushing off your emails. Customer service is our number 1 priority so we want to make sure you guys are happy. If you have emailed us and not gotten a response give us a call. It is the quickest way to get a hold of either me or John.

We value your business and appreciate your patience in this matter. Hopefully we can get our technical issues resolved and get back to normal again.
