Our Ecu tuning background:
WORKS uses its own in-house proprietary tuning software rather than competitors using ECUtek or open-source. We were the first US-based company to develop and release a flash into the usdm Evo market. Our boost hoses houses our own custom CNC boost pill, which mimics the taper profile and flow pattern of the stock pill, yet is designed for higher boost. After assembly our hoses are calibrated in-house, to a tolerance of plus/minus 0.15 psi, to make sure all they meet our quality requirements. The reason WORKS calibrates each hose is because of variation. The same pill in the same hose can produce vastly different results, as is we have over a 10% rejection rate. This means our off-the shelf flashes are consistent safe and fun across the board!
