New Precision 46mm Wastegates!

Note from Precision:

It is with great pleasure that we are proud to announce the release of our newest product, the PW46 wastegate. These units feature a 46mm valve, and can be used in a wide variety of applications. They can be used in any kit or setup that currently utilizes a v-band style 44mm gate, but will work best with the supplied inlet flange (the inside diameter of our flange is slightly larger than our competitors). The wastegates will be shipped with all the necessary hardware (flanges, clamps, springs, etc), and can accommodate a wide range of boost pressures (anywhere from 1.5PSI up to 25.5PSI). All units feature a black, anodized wastegate cap, and a Kevlar reinforced silicone diaphragm. In addition, the unit features a five angle valve job, as well as high temp 17-7 ph springs (more durable and can withstand higher temperatures before changing rate). Lastly, the PW46 is set up for a 1 3/4" pipe on the discharge side, and a 1 7/8" pipe on the inlet. Pricing will be as follows:

$314.99 shipped

For further information on this, or any of our other products, please feel free to call me or PM.

Thanks!

michael

Will you be offering these wastegates as an option with your turbo kits?

Yes Sir! We sold two turbo kits today that will be using the 46mm wastegate option. I can't wait, these wastegates look very nice!! Precison has really stepped up in the last year with the Billet turbos then the Air Cooled Turbos and now the wastegates!

Thanks,

Michael

Very nice, priced very competitively against the Tial 44mm.

This is a good option for the 5857 DBB turbo-kit I'm trying to piece together.

So this will fit on 44mm flange no problem?

Yup! It will fit on the 44mm flange no problem! It's a tad bit shorter so it gives you a little more room for those tight spaces

Thanks,

Michael

Air cooled turbos have been around for a long time.Turbonetics turbos have been that way for years.Of course vendors like the PTE wg they will make more money off them even though they aren't proven.
