AMS is proud to announce another tuning solution for the Mitsubishi and Subaru crowd!
For years AMS has been at the forefront of tuning technology in the turbocharged import world. With that experience we now offer tuning for our customers without having to make the trip to AMS! AMS is proud to offer the AMS E-Flash!
With the help of tools such as Open Source or the Cobb Accessport we can now do custom tunes for customers anywhere in the world through email! All you need an Accessport or a Tactrix cable.
Through data logging we can make the car run at its absolute best performance level possible, while still retaining safety, reliability, and gas mileage.
Our AMS E-Flash comes with detailed instructions for those that are new to loading calibrations and datalogging, so it has never been easier to get tuned through email!
With the AMS E-Flash we can successfully tune any setup that you may have. We also offer patching services for those who are interested in using Tephra Mods, speed density or other modifications to the factory Mitsubishis code set.
A few examples of mapping that may be changed in the Mitsubishi E-Flash
* Mivec full remapping to help aid in more power as well as increased spool and drivability.
* Fuel remapping to optimize fuel consumption as well as optimize fuel under full power.
* Ignition timing re-map to optimize power while still keeping it free of detonation.
* Rev limiter and speed limiter changed.
* Idle adjusted.
* Boost control optimized/tuned
* 2000cc+ injector scaling
* Psi based or Load based boost
* Per gear boost control
* Alternate map boost switching
* No lift to shift
* Lean Spool disable
* Alternate maps for switching fuels, boost and timing tables
* Launch Maps for drag racing
* Check engine light flash on engine detonation
* Intercooler spray on detonation
* Boost limit raised or disabled
You also have the option to run our AMS boost control solenoid for the best results. AMS Boost Control Solenoid By optimizing fuel and timing we give you the most power possible, while keeping great safety, reliability as well as drivability. We also remap MIVEC on the Evolution 9 & 10’s as well as the Ralliart’s. This allows for more torque, greater spool up and better drivability.
When you order the AMS E-Flash the following information is required:
* Which market the car is from (USDM,EUDM,JDM ETC)
* Model and year (IE-2010 Evo X)
* Modification List
* What fuel is being used
The user has the option to use the Cobb Accessport or a Tactrix cable and Ecuflash. If you want to use one or the other than please specify when ordering.
