Beta testers wanted for new Akuma full intercooler pipe/intake kit combo

Akuma Motorsports I actively searching for Beta testers for the new pipe kit. The kit includes Upper pipes(2.5"), lower pipes(2.75"), and 3" intake. The pipes are mandrel bent, and made from 6061 Aluminum. Black silicone couplers and high quality T Bolt clamps are also included. We are looking for cars in various states of modification. The beta testers will receive a free dyno tune or E Tune, depending on location of the car. I will go over the process via email for anyone interested. This will be a limited run, so if you are serious, don't miss out on these huge savings!!

Here is a link to our thread with information on our product: The pipe kit pictured in the link was an early rendition of the kit. The final produced kit will have limited welds and will in various finishes...From brushed aluminum to powder-coat. The synapse valve is not required(but recommended) for the beta testers.

Preliminary testing on these kits are fantastic. We are confident the intakes will be one of the most consistent on the market. the 3" design was meticulously developed for flow and ease of calibration. Your tuner will find these intakes very easy to work with. Also, the pipe kit fits for both the EVO X MR and GSR.

Please contact John@Akumamotorsports.com for all inquiries.

Nice piping setup, would work quite well with a larger Throttlebody I'm betting! If you would consider releasing a 3.5" Turbo MAF Intake pipe option/upgrade I think it would also be of interest to anyone cresting the 500whp area where top end flow starts causing the MAF signal to get unstable. With the MAF compensation in ECUFlash it wouldn't be that difficult to get it driving very similar to stock.

If we get enough interest in something like that I am sure we would put it into consideration. We want to run these and see how they do first. If the public enjoys them we will start making more items to fit evo's specifically.

The new intercooler pipes have arrived! We still need to go through the boxes and send the ones who opted for the powdercoating off to the coaters. We're just waiting on the couplers to get here from Hose Techniques, so it should be very shortly before I make calls to everyone who purchased the kits thus far. Enjoy the pictures!
