These bushings aren't "harsh" or increase vibrations or anything like that do they? I'm wondering what the difference would be between these and lets say the works bushings that aren't full metal.

They definitely wouldn't be harsh, just much more communicative than a semi-metallic bushing and completely wear-proof! Our Bronzoil bushings are calibrated to provide the driver with the perfect feedback. You can't ask for better than TWM Performance
