Ravspec=Good!

I've ordered many a toys from Mark@Ravspec now, and I can tell you the customer service has been bar none the bets I've received yet. I base this on a few criteria important to me: availability of parts, speed of shipping, constant communication, and quality of shipping.

I've received some pretty banged up boxes in the past from companies I will not name, one just recently where I also discovered it was a falsely advertised product: (think Megan downpipe). On the other hand, I have not received ONE package in any way, shape, or form mangled from Ravspec. This ranges from small things like a shipment of a fuel pump and headstuds, to my Defi set, and finally a large box filled with an exhaust, intake, EBC, etc. He has always had what I needed in stock and shipped out by the next morning and provided a tracking number promptly.

Contact wise, he will be on AIM and answering my phone calls whenever necessary .

One thing that sealed my parts shopping with them was the no hassle service I needed for one of my Defi gauges: a pressure sender had come malfunctioning, and after I called and explained the situation, Mark sent out a sensor same day.

All in all, I've had a pleasant experience thus far and hope for it to continue. I recommend Ravspec to anyone looking for some serious parts for good pricing!

Mitch

+1 for Ravspec I ordered some rims for my old STI and changed my mind last second to get a different set. There was no problem and I got the best price on the internet. Also got a CF lip from their huge group buy on nasioc. In the days of non-existant customer service, Ravspec is a refreshing throwback to the good ol days, more than I can say for allot of Evom vendors.
