First let me just jump right in and say that these guys at Speed Element absolutely rock. Everytime I call them to ask a question or order some parts they're always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, not to mention they give GREAT deals on a lot of high-end products, both JDM and domestic. What's also different about Speed Element is the way they treat the customer and their friendly, easy going attitude. Several bigger shops that I've dealt with in the tuner world have made me feel like my business was more of a hassle and an annoyance for them, as if they're too busy to deal with my questions or inquiries about certain products or services. In addition, their attitude is usually arrogant and condecsending, as if they're doing me some grand favor by working on my car or getting me some parts for a decent price. I'm sure many of you can attest to this typical attitude in the aftermarket car industry.

When I went to Speed Element yesterday for my custom dyno tune I was more than satisfied, and again they went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the work being done and the attention to detail was second to none. You could tell these guys take a lot of pride in they're shop and the work they do on our beloved evo's, and that satisfiying the customers needs and expectations is something they take very seriously, no matter who you are or how much $ you're spending. Anyway I could keep going on about how great this shop is, but you should really just find out for yourself.
