Thumbs down Cerious Performance

I jus wanted to say that cerious performance has the worst customer service i the world.!!!!

i purchased a cf generator about 2-3 months ago.!!! First off they sent me a cracked piece that was on back order for 1 week....after calling and calling everyday they finally decide to answer the phone.!! our agreement was for them to send a call tag for the original piece along with the new generator...so basicly when the new one arrives the old one goes out.!! now i talk to one one of the morons that work there and he tells me that i have to send the old one back before i get the new one.!! which is complete bull sht.!! i have paid the cc bill well over 2 months ago from looking jus now at my last statement.!! all in all..these people have the worst customer service i have ever experienced.!! i would advise anyone to look elsewhere for the same product.!! if i woulda known of this..i most definitely wouldve spent the extra cash and took my business elsewhere.!! so a big fat goes to cerious performance and there whole entire crew.!!!

sorry you had a bad experience. However, their mistake should not lead you to make a mistake over theirs (calling them morons).

just a thought .. hope it gets resolved

Maybe someone at UPS thought your CF VG was an aluminum bat or something????

Just a thought of what could have happened in reality. Just send the old one back (what are you going to do with a cracked one anyways) and if they do not deliver the new one then sue them I guess.

+1

i doubt they will knowingly send you a cracked one. It could have cracked in the shipping process

Look at it from their perspective, how do they know the one they sent you is cracked? As far as they know you could be trying to get a free VG.

Ok buddy there's no need to act like a dink to people who are trying to help you out, keep acting like that and you'll find yourself with a ban and a cracked VG (god knows CP won't work with you if you call them all morons). Sometimes **** happens, if it's just a giant, 4 foot piece of CF it can crack if the shipping company treats it poorly, just look at all the body kits that arrive cracked and splintered, I doubt they left the factory like that. There are a lot of shady people out there so a little suspicion on their part is expected.

I order for a company to serivice you, you need to follow their procedures. Mishaps are unfortunate, but if you do not follow how they go about a return/replacement, you cannot expect to be serviced. Asking for the item to be sent back is not unreasonable at all. I agree it may be frustrating and the wait time unpleasant, but things happen from time to time.

Calling them a moron is not only an uncalled for insult, but it also violates the rules of the review section. Insults and flaming are not constuctive and help no one. They also detract from the impact and credibility of your review. I suggest you edit your post for better results and try to work with them for a resolution

This is how most people will look at. Companies are not stupid. They will not send you another part ***** nilly. If you have your cracked part and they ship you a brand new one, you will have the one you paid for and one you didn't pay for which they will have to rely on your goodwill to ship it back. Some companies will send you a new one and charge your cc but will refund the charge once the old one is shipped back. That is the best way of going about this.
