Suspension Issue?

I recently purchased an 05 Evo MR that had tanabe lowering springs. I had the car raised back up with the stock springs and now am experiencing some problems. When I turn the wheel I hear what sounds to be the spring sliding around. When I take turns the wheel feels a little shaky on the front passenger side as well. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Everytime I bring it somewhere I get some bull**** run around. A mitsu dealer even claimed they couldn't hear the noise then the service manager started accusing me of calling him a liar when I told him the second I got in the car I check the for the noise and it made it right away. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong category. I am a newbie trying to fix my recently purchased evo! Thanks
