Just wanted to shout out Darius at AMS who was very patient with me and fixing an issue I had with a part that was stolen when UPS delivered it and left it at my front door. In the middle of the day, UPS left a part I ordered from AMS at the door and it was stolen before anyone got home. To make a long story short, Darius at AMS was very helpful dealing with UPS, and patient with me while getting this problem fixed.

My hats off to AMS and their staff with everything they've done for me since I got my EVO.

Darius ended up handling UPS because they gave me the run around with getting them to pay for the part that was stolen from my front door. It seemed like they were trying to get out of paying for it since it happened while I was in Iraq and my wife was at work when it happened. In the end Darius dealt with UPS and their "investigation" and got me a check to cover a new one. When I tried dealing with it myself, it was going for about 2 months getting UPS to do something. Darius got it dealt with in a week.
