Anyone checked this out? I really like the idea, but I am not sure how it works. Also I think wiring it could be an issue with the 6 speed reverse-lock ring.

(also the site is in german)

looks like all it needs is power, you assign the gears. I'm guessing there is some sort of sensor that detects the position.
