The fan is brand new. Trent left the one that would have came with the kit on his car so when I was boxing it up I just grabbed you a new one. Trent also took the time to scotch bright the parts so thats why they are in such great shape. He just wanted to make sure you were happy with your purchase.

sweet deal, you're going to love that turbo, it makes very good power on pump gas and crazy power on race gas, what's not to love.
