I bought a GG JDM Rear Bumper for Evo IX recently from INVISION PERFORMANCE. I always talk to Luis almost for anything before ordering. I appreciate the kindness and help, a very competitive price among vendors here on evoM, specially on this JDM Bumper.
Here is the thing I don't like;
1) I placed the order on 4/30/2008.
2) I saw this thread when I search for JDM Rear Bumper: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...light=invision. Little that I know, the posting is quite old. Nevertheless, I called to make sure that they do have GG color in stock, and Luis said they do.
3) When I heard he said "Yes, we do have GG in stock" after checking into their system, I said to myself that they shouldn't take that long to ship it out.
4) On the same week, Friday, I called to check whether the item is on the way to Seattle. Luis said "Yes, it is shipped."
5) Waited till Tuesday and the item is not seen anywhere near my front door, front of my apartment's door or at apartment's office. The sad part is that the office will not keep "big" items for its residence and I don't really know why they do so. So, I have to be at home waiting for the item/delivery guy or else it would be resend again the next day or I have to pick it somewhere. Keep in mind that FeDex/UPS Ground may not accept big parcels.
6) Called again and talk to another guy, he told me the same thing that the item is shipped and they couldn't get the tracking number yet.
Just today, in the evening I received an email regarding the tracking number, and I am very sad about it. It says "Labeled and shipped on 05/08/08" and I believe that my item still in the warehouse of that shipping company.
I don't really mind waiting for an item but PLEASE VENDORS don't say it is shipped today but actually it is not. Well, you know you got the rush of excitement when you bought something and you heard that it is shipped and can't wait to get it and play with it, in my case, fix it to my car.
Last words, Thank You for the competitive price given to me but please do a better job next time INVISION PERFORMANCE.
