sorry to post this question here but i think you guy's can help me bettr then the newbie section a posted a question about buying a bushur or ams intercooler but thinking of going with a sbr racing garret core instead does any no anything about this core fitment,quality,retain crash beam and overal performance? thankyou.

Have fun repairing cracked welds. Buy an intercooler that actually has some R&D testing into its design (Buschur, AMS, and Perrin are among my favorites).

I LOVE my buschur deluxe core. If I upgrade ever, I'll get the buschur race core, but that requires some 'lovin' to get it to fit, need to delete the crash bar (from what I hear).

For an IX, I'd go with either the perrin or AMS. Get the biggest core you can get, but get a quality piece.
