Bad Experience with Autocenter.net

Bad Experience with Autocenter.net...

I had placed an order for valve keepers on the 14th of this month 9/14/08.... I understand it takes 3-5 days for the dealership to get them in if not in stock.... which the dealership got them in on the 9/18/08 and shipped them out on the 19th .... before the vendor had shipped them out... I had talked to some there...willing to pay for overnight... because i already had paid 10 dollars to ship something that weights a few ounces.. which is there policy which i don't mind... and she stayed that there is no need to ship them overnight because the items weight so less.. and she said she would put them as priority mail two- three days....which does not include a tracking number... she said she noted that the items where to be shipped 2-3 days... i said fine... i waited till the 9/24/08 to call them which at that point its already been 5 days and when i called in today asking 9/25/08 the guy says didn't i talk to you yesterday? in a rude manner.... i said yes if the items were not sent priority can i get a tracking number? he said they were put in a envelope and mailed so there is no tracking number... i said when should i expect the parts... he said monday? so i'm waiting 8 days for something that should have been shipped 2-3 days?... to me how they conduct business is poorly.... its just sad when i was willing to pay for overnight.... and they offered me another route which i took because thinking it was only going to be 2-3 days max... or maybe 4... but when you wait 8 days for something that should have been 2-4 days is like waiting when you drop your car off at the dealer and they say one or two hours and it turns into 6-8 hours.... I understand if other things happen... like weather hurricanes and the mail post pones the delivery.... but i'm not in texas and neither are they.... they person i talked to is willing to give me a full refund but no one else has these parts in stock so i have to wait another 3-5 days for a dealership around me to order them and get them in stock... i was suppose to get tuned today or tom... which is leading that to fall back... and the tuner was going to tune me while he is in town... now that he is not in town i have to drive 2-3 hours away to get tuned... which is gas money... 100 dollars easy for something that i was willing to get overnighted... and pay extra for it to come faster... I know most of you have had a good experience with them... which is fine... but just wanted to share my side of the store... the vendor is more then welcome to come and explain otherwise to me....

on the 21st i ordered something from buschur... and they had it in stock... and this dealership is close to buschur... i recieved the item from buschur ground shipping via ups... yesterday9/24/08 if it takes buschur 3 days with ground shipping which is suppose to be 1-7 days... i don't understand why it took so long for something that weights nothing to be shipped? which was suppose to be 2-3 days?
