Jester Tuning Slacking?!?

Is it just me or is Jester tuning very hard to get ahold of?

I have PM'd Jestertuning, and only got a response days later almost a week later to email them my situation and wants. I've called their number multiple times, never get an answer. Finally had someone pickup tell me to email jester tuning, i emailed them Thursday and still have not gotten any response.

I don't know maybe this is how Jester Tuning normally is, and i don't know about it but i've never had such a problem or wait so long to contact any tuner or shop on here.

Is this normal?

Yes jester is very busy.. He is not as active on the boards as some of the rest of us but he is worth waiting for if you need something.. He is 1 of the best flash tuners on here.. We hold dyno days here for him all the time and its always packed.. If your looking to get jestr tuned let me know and i can make arrangements..

Mike

In my personal opinion, no matter how good a business is they are not worth giving your money to if you can't get a hold of them. What if you have an issue or have a problem? Are you supposed to just let your car sit and wait for 2 weeks until he can have the courtesy to spend 2 minutes on the phone with you? I've dealt with enough companies like that and now I only do business with companies willing to talk to me.

Ill take the guy who in the last few days might have been hard to get ahold of but actually knows WTF is doing as far as tuning.. I dont find the guy helpful that answers his phone ont he 1st ring but doesnt know WTF he is doing and you must call him 20x to end up with a horrible tune..

Good things come to those who wait.. main reason the tuner i use Crispeed doesnt even answer his phone unless it came from a good referral like me.. He turns cars away every week that he wont even tune cause they are garbage..

jestr ''john'' is a great guy. he iss very busy right now with a few things going on. give him time and send him an update email. he will get back to you. its worth the wait.

he is the only guy that will ever see and play with my ecu. if john leaves tuning the evo gets sold. enough said. .
