Just wanted to take a second and thank all those at Speed Corps for their amazing customer service. I'm not one to praise without due cause, but this experience was exceptional. Recently, I saw a deal for Megan track series coilovers and had to order. Sent a private message and had nearly instant response. After twenty minutes John was on the phone with me and taking the necessary information to order the coilovers. Great price and very responsive guy. This is just the beginning. We all know how once we order something we want it right away; instant gratification kicks in. Now I ordered late on Sunday night. Come Wednesday, I give a call to Speed Corps to see when I should expect my package. While on the phone with John, he calls Megan Racing to get an update. There was a bit of confusion and looked like my package wouldn't ship until the following Monday. He apologized profusely knowing how much I wanted to install them that Saturday. He talks about possibly over nighting the package to me (50lbs and shipping was already free), but was concerned that Fedex might have some problems getting me the package with it being Thanksgiving week. So depressed I get off the phone. Moments later I get a call from John telling me that he called his friend at Megan Racing and they would stay late for me to swing by and pick them up. I was blown away by the gesture. Now I'm prepped to drive down and pick them up (Megan Racing is very close to me) when I receive a second call. Turns out the package had already shipped and would be at my house by Friday. Now what really impresses me is the level of effort from Speed Corps, especially John and those at Megan Racing. I would most definitely recommend both companies and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

as we always say, customer service is our number one priority., and even if something goes wrong, we will go out of our way to keep the customer happy.
and +1 for Megan Racing also. They are probably our best and most reliable manufacturer we sell parts for. They have great parts, and great service
