THANKS for letting me know you reply to this topic in a pm. I have another problem now, am I suppose to lose boost pressure right after the o2 dump? b/c I am losing 2-3 psi than my desired boost level, I hope it's not the LICP fitment issue, I tight all the connection. Unless it's the coupler section where is connects to the black pipe? b/c that coupler is bigger than the pipe.

No loosing is not supposed to happen unless you have a boost leak. Do you have T Bolt clamps or the pain worm drive clamps? Make sure your clamps are tight and secure. the turbo outlet pipe you speak of is a 1 7/8 of an inch pipe which is slightly smaller than any 2 inch coupler. Why Mitsubishi went with that odd ball pipe is an unknown, but any 2 inch coupler will work if it is tightened securely.
Let me know if you need any additional help. That's what I am here for.

We had a great weekend of sales with our EPM LICP, thnx for all those new orders. We will back at it first thing tomorrow morning shipping these out to our awaiting customers.

yes I have an ebc, but o2 dump should make the system overboost not losing boost, I should turn my ebc down a little since there are no back pressure now, turbo can boost easier, don't you think?

With the increased wastegate flow out of the dump tube I can see where your EBC is now more efficient and will need recalibrating for your target boost levels. I had this same thing happen to me with my Greddy Profec B spec II, I will soon go to ECU based boost and we are thinking of offering the needed goodies and detailed info to go to an ECU based boost available for purchase.
