He said build...the car comes stock, so he used the wrong choice of words. I thought it was funny when I saw standard upgrades. Well if you put the money that he dropped all together at once it may have felt like a build for him

He said stock motor build so i wasnt sure why you were looking for pistons and rods.. Stock motors come with those..

Sorry for the confussion on the motor build. I'm not touching the block the head might get ported but I have to see what happens come mid April. I wasn't going to do the block because I'm actually doing a big motor build on my motorcycle this year which will consist of powder coat the fram and whole bunch of other parts and before Evoryder chimes in about the motor. The motor is being rebuilt with forged internals, porting the head and stage 1 Yosh cams and to top it off a t25 or 16g mitsubishi turbo. Trying to go for 300 on the Gixxer and 500 on the car. That should keep me happy for a while.

Damn Mike a 40R turbo on the Busa? That is nutz. Maybe I should rethink it and go with a HTA 3076. I just finished pulling dropping the motor off the frame. Mike can you PM me some details on the Busa setup or if you on the gixxer forums send me a PM over there with the details.
