oil change every 2500-3k miles. always use mobil 1!
Tranny you can change every 10-15k depends on how hard you drive your car.
Transfercase every 15k or less if you drive hard. i use amsoil gear lube works FANTASIC! ALWAYS use Diaqueen OEM mits. gear lube or else you will **** it up.
Rear diff change when you change your transfercase 15k ALWAYS use Diaqueen OEM mits. gear lube.

if you track your car i would say every 10-15k, fluid wise like above use diaqueen on the rear diff and t case, but for the other fluids theres plenty of choices amsoil makes good fluilds but the prices is more up there, im going to try out a brake fluild called ATE super blue on my car see how it works its really inexpensive and looks like it will work well, and for my tranny im using a mix of redline fluids its called the cocktail mix created by s2cracka on here and its sold on maperformance gonna put this all in this weekend hopefully.
