i dont know why everyone always has a problem with them. Ive ordered from them multiple times and have never had a problem. Just use their chat before you order and make sure they have it in their warehouse and its not being drop shipped.

my only experience with them wasn't good at all. It took over a month to get a refund of nearly $1,000 back to my credit card because they never told me that the parts i needed were back ordered. I'd like to give them another shot but threads like this remind me that I shouldn't.

theres worse out there.. at least you didnt spend 5 grand on a motor and have it fail for no reason... thats going on now with a shop all over you here stories..

i never had a problem ordering from them until the other day. always pretty quick shipping. but recently i ordered cam gears. when i got the package and opened it. they sent me a walbro fuel pump. wtf! and of course you cant call so i had to use that retarded live chat and leave a message. after this i wont be using them again.

I actually purchased alot from them.....but now that i look back they're prices are far from the best out there....and i had ordered my aem truboost from them and chose the overnight option and got it a week late and didnt get reimbursed for it so since then i dont order from them whatsoever....

I ordered brake pads from them not too long ago. Everything came out good for me. There online chat was very helpful for me. I guess the only down side is they have no number too call...

Idk SBR is up there in my book as one of worst vendor so many part's I ordered through them. Wrong parts,part they told me would work with each other didn't and then no help at all after.

my experience with them is ok only because I ordered something that you can just use 1 postage stamp for but they charge me $10 in shipping for a $10 item.
