I had a transfer case problem, so I called up Shep trans. Trevor was the person I spoke with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor had me a stage 2 transfer case in 2 days to prepare me for my trip this week. To me, a friendly person who knows what they are talking about is very important. He called me back like he said he would and took care of my problems. I now have a shep stage 2 transfer case. You guys will not be disappointed in his customer service.
