I ordered a few items from them on Sunday. Got them today with no problems. Pretty fast IMO.

Just ordered a stock wastegate actuator. Giving them a shot, will post a review here. Saved $100 over dealer, we'll see if you get what you pay for...

I'd like to go along with the flow here but I just can't. Granted I havent spent 10k+ with them or anything like that but over the years I'm sure I've boughten 2k+ in parts, fluids, and accessories. I have never once had a problem with any part of the transaction and shipping has always been very prompt considering I live in east bumf*ck.

This seems odd to me.....I've had nothing but smooth deals with lancer shop. They always ship my parts fast and respond to my messages the same day.

Got an email today, a shipping label has been created and its being picked up. 6 days to even create the order? Ouch. Not looking good so far...

...AAAAnnnnd UPS just walked in the door with my part. Correct and on time according to the ups website.

Rating - 3 of 5 stars, IF you're not in a hurry for your parts. They got me the part I ordered for a great price, but just took forever entering the order in the first place... (holidays probably) I'll be willing to try them again in the future, if the price is right.

I've had problems with LancerShop too. They're part of MastaMinds Inc., they run a few of those online shops, Google them. Terrible customer service. I ordered pads and rotors which were listed as in-stock, turns out the rotors weren't. I cancel the order but they still charge my card. After weeks of hassle and escalating it to upper management I finally got them to send me the next closest-priced rotors as a replacement at no charge (except my time and frustration).

For the most part their prices are hard to beat, however ive never ordered anything from them simply because Im not getting mods for a little bit.

I have placed one order through MAP and those guys were top notch, and they will match anyone
