Just wanted to start my first post off right with a well deserved praise for Top Level Performance in NY.
Been a lurker for a few years and finally purchased an '03 Evo a few weeks back with a horrid tune that had knock readings off the charts. Set up an appointment with Al @ Dynoflash and took the hr long drive down for him to work his magic. Turns out he was out of the country turning and never contacted me to let me know. I expressed that I wasn't too happy, but am not one to hold a grudge so tried to reschedule. Got no response to my texts/emails/phone calls so decided to look into my options.
Came across Top Level Performance here on the forums since they were only a few hours away and shot over a PM. Ricky sent me a PM and right away and even called me up to set something up asap on a Saturday so I could start enjoying my car with a clean tune.
I'm a a big fan of customer service and these guys made me and my friend feel right at home. I can talk shop all day and everyone there chatted us up the whole time and let us hang out in the shop while they worked. They all had Evo's to boot

I was more concerned with a solid base to start than actual numbers, but long story short I started with 235 hp and 237 tqe and ended with 303 hp and 299 tqe without much effort.
This was done with only exhaust, intake and mbc. I've had my fair share of quick rides, but this one is turning out to be a favorite. I can't wait to dig into this project and do a full build.
While I was there, I also had them do a SD conversion since that was on the list anyway. If anyone is in the NY area and is looking for a good shop that will do them right, I highly suggest checking these guys out.
